Refund policy
By placing an order on Topify Store, you agree to the terms outlined below. This policy applies to all orders shipped within Canada.
30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return period from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In the same condition as received
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by any original tags (if applicable)
- Supported by a receipt or proof of purchase
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@topifystore.ca.
If your return request is approved, we will provide:
- A prepaid return shipping label
- Return instructions
- The appropriate return address
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Free Return Shipping
Topify Store provides free return shipping for all approved returns. Customers will receive a prepaid return shipping label once the return request has been authorized.
Damaged, Defective & Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@topifystore.ca so that we can evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct Exchanges. If you want to exchange an Item, return the Previous one and place a new order for your Desired Item.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and quality assurance reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
- Opened products
- Used products
- Products that are not in their original condition
- Products missing original packaging, accessories, or components
Any item returned in a used, opened, altered, or damaged condition may be rejected and returned to the customer.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement.
Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. In such cases, customers may request a return after receiving the order in accordance with this policy.
Re-Stocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fees for approved returns.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Refunds are typically processed within 3 business days after approval.
- Depending on your bank, credit card issuer, or payment provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
If your refund has not appeared after this timeframe, please contact your payment provider before reaching out to us.
