Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within Canada only.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday) after payment has been successfully received.
  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST (Toronto Time) will begin processing on the next business day.
  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or statutory holidays.

Shipping Method & Delivery Time

We ship all orders through Canada Post.

Estimated Delivery Time:

  • Canada: 5–8 business days (Monday–Friday)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, carrier delays, high shipping volumes, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Free Shipping is available on all orders shipped within Canada.

No additional shipping charges will be applied at checkout unless otherwise stated on specific products.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take up to 48 hours to appear after shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Topify Store is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.

PO Box Addresses

At this time, we do not ship to PO Box addresses.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays. Topify Store is not liable for carrier-related delays that occur after an order has been shipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please get in touch with our support team as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and assist in resolving the issue.
